Revised RV Restrictions

The City Council recently passed a new parking standard for RV’s that will be in effect on September 11, 2008. These codes will be less ambiguous in comparison to the previous codes. However, the new parking restrictions for RV’s can be confusing.

You can view the ordinance in PDF form here.

The 15-paged document is complete with definitions, pictures, and diagrams, so as to be as clear as possible.

The ordinance (NO. 1893) was set in place to uphold community beautification efforts and insure community attractiveness—which is why things like screening and certain distances have been specified within the ordinance.

So, if you have a motor home, 5th wheel trailer, travel trailer, tent trailer, Boat/Watercraft on a trailer, horse trailer, utility trailer, or camper, please take a minute to review the update to the ordinance so we can keep Glendora beautiful!
